Looking really good blake.

Some more updates:
These updates aren't added yet into the server but are already coded by me. I only
need to implent them into the server.

for the altar changing: only air so far. Need some more id's.
Runecrafting supports all f2p runes. Also multiple runes. All f2p teleports are perfected.
