About the items

Hello. I want to ask: How people are going to get rune items like rune 2h, scimitars or other things like armour without members?  To get Smithing 90+ it will take probbaly months to produce quipement...

Should monsters like demons, or mos giants drop rune quipement? Or there should be rune armour shop? I know that there is a npc in champions guild selling thigns like rune longs, legs and chains and oziach selling rune plates. But how we going to get things like Rune scimitars or rune swords?

Don't need membership to smith rune or kill monsters that drop rune...
